Research on Customer-oriented Teaching Method

  • 摘要: 近年来,由于招生规模扩大等原因,大学毕业生所面临的越来越严峻的就业形势促使高等学 校进行相应的教学改革。同时,高等学校教学过程的探索性决定了实现高校教学目的、培养 学生创造能力的需要。借鉴"顾客导向"的营销观念,根据学生特点及其对专业课的学 习期望,结合人才市场对大学毕业生的素质和能力的需求,吸纳建构主义学习模式的理念, 通过对工商管理专业课《营销调研》和《促销管理》的课程内容和授课方法的改革,对顾客 导向式教学模式进行了初步的探索与实践。

     

    Abstract: With the university education becoming more and more popular in China, graduates find it rather difficult to find a desirable job while employers complain that the graduates lack professional competence.The study suggests that a key reason for this phenomenon is that the university students can not be, by the traditio nal teaching methods, properly trained to the employers' requirements.Therefore , this paper introduces the customer-oriented concept from Marketing into the t eaching process in university education and proves that the practice based-on c onstructivism is appreciated by both the university students and the employers.
