The Structure of Graduate Students Enrollment by Scientific Research Institutes

  • 摘要: 研究生招生结构规划和调控是科研单位研究生教育战略规划的重要组成部分,应服务于科研单位现在和未来的学科战略规划,满足科研单位人才队伍结构建设的需要,同时还要适应未来社会对人才专业背景和综合素质的需求。以中科院研究生院为例,重点讨论了研究生招生结构规划中硕士、博士研究生比例、硕博连读和提前攻博转博比例、学科间的学生构成比例、学生培养类型比例等方面的问题。

     

    Abstract: The planning and adjusting of the structure of graduate students enrollment, as an important part for the strategic planning of graduate education in scientific research institutes, should serve the current and future strategic planning of disciplines in scientific research institutes, meet the demands for building a team of talents in scientific research institutes, and be adapted so as to satisfy the requirements for talents' majors and comprehensive qualities in the whole society. This paper, taking Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, focuses on many questions in the planning of the structure of graduate students enrollment, including the proportions of masters and doctors, the proportions of students for master-doctor combined programs and those applying for or transferring to doctor programs in advance, the proportions of students in different disciplines, the proportions of students fostered to be different talents, etc.
