中国高科技园区企业创新文化建设研究

A Study on the Innovative Culture of Enterprises in the High-tech Parks of China

  • 摘要: 以中国高科技园区企业创新文化建设为主题,从社会学角度定义"企业文化",在员工行为的层面上界定"企业创新文化",探讨了中国高科技园区企业创新文化建设的必要性。通过个案研究和访谈分析了中国高科技园区企业的创新文化建设的现状及存在的主要问题,最后总结了中国高科技园区企业创新文化建设的内容和原则,并针对其存在的主要问题探讨建设创新文化的途径,包括继承东方优秀文化、吸收西方现代文化,重新定位企业愿景和企业的战略使命,设置和构建完善的创新制度文化,形成高层管理者的价值观,培养员工的主体意识和创新价值观,坚持以人为本的管理思想,将技术创新放在创新的核心地位,培养团队创新和文化联盟、构建学习型企业。

     

    Abstract: This article focuses on the innovative culture of enterprises in the high-tech parks of China. It defines "enterprise culture" from the perspective of sociology, gives the circumscription of the "innovative culture of enterprises" on the level of the behavior of the staff, and discusses its constructing necessity. The paper analyses the constructing actuality and major problems of the innovative culture of enterprises in the high-tech parks of China, and elicited constructing content and principles in this regards. Finally, the paper concludes several pieces of suggestion about the constructing of the innovative culture of enterprises in the high-tech parks of China, including inheriting excellent eastern culture and absorbing the modern western culture, finding the vision of the enterprise and the orientation of strategic goal, setting up outstanding institutional culture of innovation, helping leaders as well as the staff form a view of innovative value, persisting in the humanistic idea of management, raising technology innovation to the core of the whole innovation, cultivating team innovation and cultural alliance, and building up learning enterprises.
