Abstract: Process management ensures the optimal outcome by optimal process, through process control and continuous improvement. The process concept and methods will be introduced to the management of inter-collegiate horizontal research projects. The paper argues that the current flow has some defects, lacks effective monitoring of the project implementation process, and is weak on protecting project results and so on, and then suggests ways to optimize the design of the existing processes, proposes specific measures and optimization analysis.
