Abstract: Having the advantages of speed,efficiency and fewer restrictions of geographic space in disposing of various emergency processes, aviation emergency rescue is the most effective emergency rescue means and widely used in many developed countries, and it is the best emergency rescue force to be promoted in China. In the next five years, further strengthening of the hard power of low-flying open air reinforcements should be on the agenda of governments at all levels.
