Abstract: With the development of internet, it is becoming a mainstream for the public to use the internet to participate in political activities and conduct accountability. The process of Public Accountability on the internet includes: exposure online, public participation, information collection, truth revelation, pressure accumulation and eventually result. To guarantee the process to be successful, there are some required elements, active public participation, friendly internet environment, freedom to publicize necessary information and strong and robust system of accountability.
