Abstract: From the perspective of public policy,the article researches about the rural social pension insurance, and it takes village A of western of Fujian as an example and analyzes the main reason of the problems caused during the process of the social pension insurance policy. It analyzes the reasons such as low socialization of the Rural Social Pension, low participation rate and imperfect rural social pension insurance system. Then it aims to find some measures from the aspects such as developing the rural economic, promoting the publicity of the policy and establishing and strengthening the system to reduce the obstructions.
