Abstract: The 2010 Diplomatic Conference on Aviation Security held at Beijing. The Commission of the Whole approved the text of Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Relating to International Civil Aviation and Protocol Supplementary to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft. From the aspects of substantive law and procedure law, the two documents strengthen and improve the existing legal system of international aviation security, intensify the combat against terrorist activities and promote international anti-terrorism cooperation. Meanwhile corresponding provisions should be made to deal with the issues of conflicts of jurisdictions and revision procedure.
