以团队协作实现高校辅导员团队的品牌创新

The Brand Innovation of Counselor Team in Universities Based on Team Cooperation

  • 摘要: 分析了品牌建设是高校辅导员队伍发展的必然趋势,团队协作是实现其品牌的有效手段。提出重视团队建设的核心人才培养与人才的合理流动与优化,充分调动其工作积极性和创造性,才能为品牌创新提供条件。案例分析表明,有效的团队协作是高校辅导员队伍品牌创新的有利保证。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes that it is inevitable trend of development to establish the brand of counselor team in universities. Team cooperation is effective method of achieving counselor team's brand in university. It provides the condition for the brand innovation to emphasize core leaguer of constrcting team, reasonably flow and optimize team leaguer and fully arouse their enthusiasm and the creativity. The case analysis indicates that the efficitive team cooperation is the advantageous guarantee of brand innovation of ideological and political education in university.
