Research on Training Mode of Full-time Engineering Master Professional Degree

  • 摘要: 全日制工程硕士专业学位研究生是针对应届本科毕业生的一种新的招生类型,其培养目标是在基础理论研究的同时更加注重实践研究,为社会培养出高水平的专业型人才。通过与学术型硕士研究生的比较,分析了全日制工程硕士应用型存在招生宣传力度不够、招生模式单一造成生源局限、适合其发展的培养方案和实践环节尚未形成及其培养模式尚未完善等困境,提出应采取创新招生模式、制定培养方案、注重实践环节、规范校企联合管理等措施,加强全日制工程硕士专业学位研究生的培养。

     

    Abstract: Full-time engineering graduate students is a new enrollment type for graduating seniors. The training objective of full-time engineering graduate students is paying more attention to basic research, as well as practical research, in order to bring up more high-level professional talents to society. Compared with academician graduate students, the essay analyzes some problems about full-time engineering graduate students, including enrollment limitations due to inefficient promotion and the single enrollment mode, incomplete training plan and practical links of field work and incomplete training mode for its suitable development. The paper gives suggestions on how to approve the training mode, including innovation mode of enrollment, make training plan, pay attention to practice, and standardise school-enterprise cooperation and so on.
