中国普通高校教师队伍发展状况研究

A Research on College Teachers' Development Status of China

  • 摘要: 高等教育的扩招不仅仅是学生的扩招,同时也是教师的扩招。高校教师在数量、生师比、年龄、职称和学历等方面都较扩招前发生了变化。教师扩招造成或加剧了教师总量不足、地区与专业失衡、高水平教师短缺、职称评定缺乏生态性及学历偏低等问题。应合理引进、配置师资,改革考核体制与管理机制,加强青年教师专业发展及学历提升。

     

    Abstract: The expansion of higher education is not only the expansion of students but also of teachers. After teachers- expansion, the total number, ratio between students and faculty, age, job title, education and so on have changed. Teachers' expansion caused or exacerbated the lack of teachers, imbalance of specialties and regions, shortages of high level teachers, lack of ecology of title assessment, low education and so on. We should introduce and allocate teachers, reform the system of management mechanism, enhance the professional development and improve education of young teachers.
