Abstract: There are inner power operation,power corruption,economic extensive growth in our local government's administration, which play a negative role in our economy and social development. The Green party believes in ecology,social responsibility, local democracy and non violence in politics; the Green Party also believes in the view of "small is beautiful" in economy, which will push our democratic progress faster and build an ecological economy to offer lessons from theory and practice.
