英语口语跨文化交际能力培养模式的应用研究——基于中外教师合作的视角

On the Research and Practice of ICC Training Model:Based on the Cooperative Teaching between Native Teacher and Chinese Teacher

  • 摘要: 跨文化交际是指不同文化背景的人们之间的交际。分析了中国学生和外籍教师文化冲突的客观存在,以及中外教师合作授课的客观必然性,以跨文化交际能力模式为理论框架,构建了中外教师合作的英语口语跨文化交际能力培养模型,即基础模块、能力模块和提升模块,并试图运用该模型帮助学生增加对英语为母语国家的了解,增强对文化差异的敏感性,培养学生跨文化意识,进而提高学生的英语实际运用能力。

     

    Abstract: Inter-cultural communication means the relationship between different people under different cultural background. Based on the observation of ELF oral courses taught by foreign teachers in China and the author's personal teaching experiences, this paper analyzes the deficiency of Chinese EFL learners' intercultural communicative competence with foreign teachers, and the necessarity of the cooperative teaching model. Finally, with the theoretical framework of intercultural communicative competence model, this paper puts forward the training model of ICC based on the cooperative teaching between native teacher and Chinese teacher. This model aims to help the students have a better understanding of English speaking countries, become more sensitive of the cultural differences, get a clearer idea of intercultural communication, and finally promote the English language proficiency.
