Analysis on Training Characteristics of Higher Engineering Talents in China

  • 摘要: 中国高等工程人才培养特色的形成处在要素驱动、投资驱动与创新驱动并存的阶段,主要受资源要素、市场需求、培养策略与结构、相关的产业与支持产业、政府以及机遇六要素的影响,其主要形成途径是不同要素配置和实现方式的差异性.

     

    Abstract: The training characteristics of Chinese higher engineering talents are mainly affected by six factors including resources, market demand, cultivation strategies and structure, the relevant strategies related industry, government and the opportunity. They are formed in response to the allocation of different elements and diversity of ways with which to achieve.
