An Empirical Study about Innovative Training System of Full-time Engineering Master

  • 摘要: 教育部于2009年开始面向应届本科毕业生大规模招收全日制工程硕士,北京航空航天大学通过调查分析、科学研究及改革实践,逐步形成了以改革招考奖助机制、创新特色培养模式、落实工程实践环节、建设专职导师队伍及建立质量监控体系为主要内容的全日制工程硕士创新培养体系。

     

    Abstract: In 2009, the ministry of Education started to train full-time engineering master. Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics gradually formed an innovative training system including reforming recruitment and awards mechanism, innovating training mode, implementing practice, developing tutor troop, and establishing quality system-based research, analysis and practice.
