北京市科技工作者工作满意度现状及差异分析——基于人口统计特征变量的实证

Status Survey and Variance Analysis on the Beijing Scientific and Technological Workers’Job Satisfaction Index:Based on Demographic Characteristics

  • 摘要: 科技进步和创新是经济社会发展的决定性力量,是国家竞争力的核心,而科技工作者的工作满意度在一定程度上影响着科技进步和创新的进程,因此,对科技工作者的工作满意度进行研究具有重要的现实意义。利用2010年中国科学技术协会“全国科技工作者价值观、人生观状况调查”课题组开展的“全国科技工作者价值观、人生观状况调查”项目在北京地区的调查结果,采用实证研究的方法对不同人口统计特征的科技工作者工作满意度的现状及差异进行了分析,结果显示,北京市科技工作者对于工作满意度不同维度的满意状况有所差别,整体状况有待改善,不同的人口统计特征对于科技工作者工作满意度各维度的影响也不尽相同。建议根据不同人口统计特征的科技工作者的需求差异,针对性地采取措施,从整体上提高科技工作者的工作满意度。

     

    Abstract: The progress and innovation of science and technology are not only key forces in economic and social development, but also the core of international competitiveness. Job satisfaction of science and technology workers affects the progress and innovation of science and technology in some extent, therefore, research on job satisfaction of science and technology workers has important practical significance. According to the survey data of Chinese science and technology workers-sense of value and philosophy in Beijing area, which carried out by the China Association of Science and Technology survey team in 2010, the empirical study analysis the status and variance of the Beijing science and technological workers' job satisfaction based on the different demographic characteristics. The result show that the job satisfaction of Beijing science and technological workers is not satisfying, and there are differences between the various dimensions of job satisfaction, different demographic characteristics play different roles on the variance of the job satisfaction. At the end, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the science and technological workers' job satisfaction.
