An Empirical Analysis of the Volatility of Chinese Tea Export Based on the CMS Model

  • 摘要: 根据联合国商品贸易统计数据库和联合国统计司网站数据,运用恒定市场份额模型分析方法,对中国茶叶出口额波动进行实证分析。研究结果表明,国际市场对茶叶进口需求的不断增加是推动2002年以来中国茶叶出口增长的最主要因素,竞争力下降和出口市场不合理是制约中国茶叶出口增长的主要因素。提高茶产品国际市场竞争力和优化市场结构是促进中国茶叶出口增长的重要途径。

     

    Abstract: The paper uses constant market share model to make an emprical analysis of Chinese tea export based on the United Nations Commodity Trade Statistics Database and the Statistics Division of the United Nations website data. The analysis shows that, the main factor to promote Chinese tea export growth since 2002 is the increasing demand of international market while the factor restricting Chinese tea export growth is the declining competitiveness and unreasonable export market structure.Improving international market competitiveness is an important way to promote Chinese tea export growth.
