Abstract: Modern science and technology has demonstrated increasing advantage in the prevention and control of corruption. It is conducive to power control, weakening of corrupt ion motivation and reduction in corruption opportunities. Taking "system + technology" as the main characteristics, the corruption prevention model is the product of putting the modern technology into the system construction of punishing and preventing corruption. It realizes the restriction and supervision of power at a lower cost, minimizes the transaction costs in the principal-agent relationship caused by factors such as asymmetric information and opportunism. As a transaction cost optimization form of corruption prevention, anti-corruption by technology is a useful tool for the construction of clean politics. With modern science and technology integrated into the construction of socialist democratic politics, the rise and development of network politics has become an inevitable trend. It can directly affect the deepest level of power structure at the relatively low cost. It can also help the anti-corruption by technology transform from the traditional two-way development model with the power control in system and power supervision outside the system as the main characteristics to a new model with the power control in system and political absorption outside the system, so as to realize the prevention of corruption from the source.
