Abstract：
Internet based supervision on "official receptions, vehicles and overseas trips" complies with the supervision trends and shows strong deterrence. The internet based supervision system consisting of budgeting, consumption behavior spervision and accountability may reduce improper consumption. It is urgent to build internet based supervision platform, to set up a long-term mechanism on netizens' participation in budgeting, to encourage netizens reporting related to corruption, and to legalize internet based supervision on "official receptions, vehicles and overseas trips".

As the main stream for urban construction, migrant workers play an important role in the process of realizing a well-off society. But their medical security situation is worrisome. The demands for medical and health security have become a problem yet to be solved. As a system dispersing and transferring of all social members' revenue risks generated by disease, medical security plays an important role in demanding of health and medical-care. As an extended need of people's health need, seeking medical treatment is subject to restriction of various factors. Based on the health need theory,the present empirical study explores the correlation between medical security and seeking medical treatment behavior. The results are as follows: the situation of migrant workers' possession of health insurance varies,medical security has notable effect on seeking medical treatment behavior,and current medical insurance policy still constraints the policy of migrant workers.

This item has provided theoretical guidance and policy support for the comprehensive detection and multi-level selection of talent. It will enhance the talent gathering and industrial development of the Park by investigating the embodiment of scientific and technological innovation and industrialization projects and mode of talent recommendation. Talent recommending system is important to the scientific and technology innovation and industrialization projects according to the connotation and historical experience of recommendation, but it faces some problems such as lack of process supervision, difficulty in converging with existing mechanisms, etc. Suggestion of recommending talent to bear the major scientific and technological innovation and industrialization projects is raised.

Carding and drawing on contemporary risk perception theories and methods will help further enhance our risk assessment and risk management theory and practical level. Psychometric paradigm emphasizes that subjective characteristics and subjective feeling of risk source is measured by utilizing the method of psychology, while cultural theory paradigm emphasizing cognitive subject can understand risk perception and risk related behavior from the perspective of their way of life. Subject fusion between two schools of study trend and risk of postmodern trend is more and more obvious. Although the debate of both sides on public risk perception research utility will continue in the academic circles, the risk perception research should become the premise and foundation of risk management policy.

The social stability risk by the NIMBY facilities is escalating, which has caused lots of adverse effects to project construction, economic development and social operation. Based on studies which show that people's risk behavior is closely related to the psychology, this paper focuses on both individual and group level and takes anxiety as the core to analyse the mechanism of the Social Risk of NIMBY Project, and propose targeted preventive measures on the "chain of events" theory,such as relieve public anxiety from sources of risk, identify risk behaviors and prevent the secondary effect of social stability risk.

The development of China's space industry has promoted the process of standardization and liberalization in aerospace products trade. At present, China's control of aerospace products trade lacks legal regulation, is unable to adapt to the market needs of the aerospace products trade, and does not adapt to the development of world trade in aerospace products control mechanisms. Therefore, China must speed up the legislative process about her Aerospace Products International trade, improve the management and control mechanism of aerospace products trade, develop scientific space items control standards, and participate actively in international mechanisms in the multilateral export control, so as to build a comprehensive legal system of aerospace products trade control.

In a dispute when three conditions are met, the court shall apply international aviation treaties in international air cargo transportation litigation. The three conditions are: the transportation being international air transportation, the dispute being regulated by international aviation treaty, and the dispute occurring in air transportation period. In applying the international aviation treaty, the court shall examine whether the countries of both parties join the same treaty, and make use of the legal principles such as lex posterior derogat, prevailing application of international treaty, and that the law should not be applied retroactively.

Abstract：
In 2001, when China amended Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China, which was enacted in 1980, the system of divorce damage compensation was formulated in Article 46. Over the next 10 years, although in a large number of divorce cases damage compensations were claimed in the practice, it was rare for this article to be quoted as judging foundation. One of the most important reasons is that it is hard to determine the amount of compensation. To solve this problem, to clarify the nature of the divorce damage compensation is helpful. When a divorce happens, both the tort and the breach of contract happen. The breach of contract make the no-fault party lose the expectance about marriage, and that should be included in the compensation.

Succession only refers to the acquired right of succession by which the successor can receive the heritage according to law or the will. Expectant right to succession is only an expectation but not an expectant right. Infringement of the succession is a situation in which the succession of the real inheritance was denied and the successor was deprived of the right to possess, control and dispose, by the person who has acquired something from the inheritance on the basis of a right of succession that he does not really have. Infringement of the succession is different from the infringement of heritage in the ways of remedies, prescriptions and conditions and so on. Infringement of the succession can be relieved by the succession restoration right, a special concept in the law of succession. The real successor can require the person to return the object he has acquired from the inheritance in one time, without the burden of proving that the ancestor has the original right to the property, but only under the burden of proving the fact that the ancestor was occupying the property directly or indirectly when the succession started.

The Socialist Core Value System is the essential embodiment of socialist ideology as well as an important mental condition in constructing a harmonious socialist society. The social ecology on which the Socialist Core Value System depends has changed greatly during the social transformation, especially during the process of urbanization in China, while the social problems which are caused by them have posed serious challenge to the Socialist Core Value System. To meet the challenge, in addition to restricting interests by the socialist core value, more attention should be paid to honouring commitments to the people in order to make it accepted and practiced generally by the public.

Ability Reliance cannot replace the distributive justice. In regard of this problem we propose the concept of "national concern" as a debate.

Abstract：
According to panel data from year 2000 to 2008, this paper analyzes the relationship between science and technology input and international trade based on panel VAR. The results show the export is granger reason of S&T input at the lag of 1~3 year. S&T input is the granger reason of the export only at lag 2 year. The impingement of S&T to the export is just like the export to S&T which is opposite and stable for a long time. The variance decomposition shows the impact of S&T input to economy is more than S&T to the export. The FDI is useful to the export and S&T input, but has no contribution to economy.

The authors evaluate competitive power change of China's banking industry before and after it entered WTO from five aspects including resources status, profitability, capacity of risk management, asset liquidity and sustainable development with the sampling of original data of China's four biggest commercial banks namely Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agriculture Bank of China, Bank of China and China Construction Bank as well as ten listed banks such as China Merchants Bank and China Minsheng Bank. Furthermore, the authors analyze different factors that have possibly caused competitive change of China's banking industry:further improvement in financial deepening; the improved regulatory system as a result of the reform of the financial system; distinct improvement in banking infrastructure; and a modern corporate governance structure which has been briefly established in state-owned commercial banks.

The investments in ICT may have different results in different countries due to their different cultural environments. By means of statistics and on the basis of Hofstide's theory, this paper analyses the influences in the progress and spread of ICT in different countries by cultural environments. At the end, the paper gives quantified results about the influences of cultural factors in the progress and spread of ICT.

The author believes that the study of the theory can improve the business text translation quality and academic research position and consolidate the theoretical foundation of the business translation study; at the same time, it also has some reference value for the theoretical study of Chinese translation.

Based on the theme of black slave owner, it rewrites an unknown history of slavery by people at large with artistic strategy of mixing fact with fiction; so exposes the textual and fictional features of history. It breaks through the traditional slave narratives on dualism between the white and black as well as slavery and freedom. In the meantime, it uses the multi-angle narrative strategy to construct the discourse, setting up the discourse rights for the black on their own history, also probes into history as "discourse site" from the black subjectivity and ideology, etc. Analyzing on the features of the novel text and narrative, it seeks to arouse people's concern and profound thinking for the fate of contemporary African-Americans.

Formulaic sequences refer to the daily idiomatic expressions and various kinds of oral and written utterances having a certain fixed syntactic and structural organization. Owing to its integrity and easily processed feature, it is not only the important means to realize the ideational meaning, but also the primary potential to realize the negotiable meaning. From the perspective of textual semantics, negotiable meaning is realized through negotiable system, which is realized through the system of speech functions, which is, in turn, realized through mood system, and which is, finally, realized through formulaic sequences and non-formulaic sequences. Then, what kinds of structures do formulaic sequences have to realize speech functions? Up to now, no research has been conducted concerning this issue. Therefore, with systemic-functional linguistics as the theoretical starting-point, corpus-based approach as the method and the script of the sitcom Friends as data, the present article intends to finger out the answer to the above question. The finding indicates that different formulaic sequences possessing certain structures respectively exchange information and goods-and-services, which thus not only realizes the speech function, but also fulfills the negotiation of meaning.

Abstract：
With the full time engineering master students of 2009 Class and 2010 Class in an University as the research object, this paper analyses the characteristics of the source of the full time engineering master students and their understandings and views of curriculum and practice. The result shows that lack of the source of the full-time engineering master students, insufficiency of understanding of the students for engineering master, and little difference of curriculum and practice between engineering master and science master are the main problems. After one year's study, ability of engineering practice and decision-making capacity of students are not improved significantly.

The course of mechatronic control engineering in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA) adopts a project based learning method of teaching, in which the students is driven by a task-the control of a typical mechatronic system. This method can mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to study independently, and arouse the initiative of mutual learning, thus achieving a better teaching result. Surveys show that this method improved the integral ability of students to study and utilize basic knowledge and narrowed the gap between students. Meanwhile, through various practices, students grasped the skills to design and develop a mechatronic control system. The overall evaluation of the course by the students is high, and this method merits reference and study by other courses.

Based on the observation of ELF oral courses taught by foreign teachers in China and the author's personal teaching experiences, this paper analyzes the deficiency of Chinese EFL learners' intercultural communicative competence with foreign teachers, and the necessarity of the cooperative teaching model. Finally, with the theoretical framework of intercultural communicative competence model, this paper puts forward the training model of ICC based on the cooperative teaching between native teacher and Chinese teacher. This model aims to help the students have a better understanding of English speaking countries, become more sensitive of the cultural differences, get a clearer idea of intercultural communication, and finally promote the English language proficiency.

The paper analyzes students' output production anxieties in foreign language classroom by using FLCAS, teachers' observations, students' reflective journals and interviews as the instruments for quantitative study. It argues that the source of anxiety is closely related to the teachers' role, the students' personal factors and the teaching context, in order to enlighten foreign language teaching and learning.

Based on the theory of the comprehensive evaluation and by combining the current evaluating situations of the students-affairs administration teams in schools and institutes of physical education, the paper has constructed an evaluating model deriving from three aspects: the decision of the evaluating objects; the establishment of the evaluating parameters and standards of the evaluating standards. The model can effectively compensate for the defects and deficiencies caused by the single qualitative assessment. It suggested the higher sports colleges and universities should take a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to strive to make evaluation results objective, just and scientific, based on the evaluation of the object's actual situation, in order to promote the development of the students affairs administration teams and strengthen the foundation for cultivating sports talents.

It suggested the higher sports colleges and universities should take a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to strive to make evaluation results objective, just and scientific, based on the evaluation of the object's actual situation, in order to promote the development of the students affairs administration teams and strengthen the foundation for cultivating sports talents.
