On Compensations for Passengers on MH370

Not all passengers can get high compensation in plane crash cases. From the aviation accident compensation practices, compensation is much higher than the statutory amount. The compensation passengers get from insurance company for purchasing commercial insurance for themselves is totally different from the liability of airlines.
