Criminal Causation of Airline Staff for Flight Accident

  • Despite of different cultural backgrounds, safety is the priority of every airline pilot. There are various causes for the accidents of airplanes among which man-made ones by the airline staff account for a large proportion. The staff violating rules and regulations, if lead to a major accident, should bear criminal blame for their actions. To investigate the criminal liability of the staff requires analyses on the causesof the accident in a criminal sense. However, it is difficult to decide the causal relationship due to the complexity of objective connections. So a careful study on various causes of the accident is needed to identify the criminal liability of the airline staff reasonably.
