Criminal Causation of Airline Staff for Flight Accident

Despite of different cultural backgrounds, safety is the priority of every airline pilot. There are various causes for the accidents of airplanes among which man-made ones by the airline staff account for a large proportion. The staff violating rules and regulations, if lead to a major accident, should bear criminal blame for their actions. To investigate the criminal liability of the staff requires analyses on the causesof the accident in a criminal sense.
