Comparison and Reflection on Higher Educational Supervision System in China and UK: From the Perspective of System Analysis

  • Education supervision, legislation and investment are regarded as three pillars of modern education, among which scientific education supervision plays an important role in improving education quality,education management and student development. With an emphasis on the construction of law and independence of institution, the education supervision system in Britain ensures an organic combination of government supervision and school inspectors. The UK has formed a comparatively perfect system on the supervision system and law. It is of great value to compare and analyze the higher education supervision system in China and UK. Thus, it is very important to promote the reform of education supervision system from the perspective of system optimization, and to construct a supervision system that reflects the situation of China.
