Top-level Design on Nongovernmental Network Anti-corruption

In recent years, nongovernmentalnetwork anti-corruption demonstrates immense power in disclosing,tracing and investigating corruption,but the negative sides such as"canard of internet""internet fraud" and "cyber-violence" reveal its "double-edged sword"character Nongovernmental network anti-corruption encounters five dilemmas in cognition,system, legality,institutionazation and ethicality. To guide and normalize thisnetwork anti-corruption, top-level design is needed such as cultivating network political accomplishment,innovating network ant-corruption leadership structure,building sound network ant-corruption working mechanism, promoting official network ant-corruption efficiency and perfecting network ant-corruption security system.
