On Behavior of Multiple Subjects in Prevention and Control about Public Crisis of Animal Epidemic: From the Perspective of Complex Adaptive System

  • Currently, the management and prevention of public crisis are an important topic worldwide. The prevention and control of animal epidemic which has a close relationship with the public becomes an important work for government departments. However, the governance of public crisis can't be realized depending on only a department or a group. It requires the whole society to work together to achieve the goal of prevention. From the perspective of complex adaptive system (CAS), the paper analyzes multiple subjects in the prevention and control, explaining the complex characteristics of animal epidemic prevention and control system. Based on the full analysis of stimulate behavior for each subject in the system, the paper further explores the relationship between multi-agents with an intention to create a strong force between the bodies and ultimately build an efficient, coordinated animal disease prevention and control system.
