Appropriate Choice of Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities:From the Perspective of Historical Evolution

  • Entrepreneurship education originates from the United States. Its development has experienced the transition from minority group to mass group, from single course to fused course, from utilitarian training to non-utilitarian teaching, from business education to university-wide education. Since it has been introduced to our country, enormous colleges and universities developed entrepreneurship education actively. At the same time, entrepreneurship education forms an ecological system, which is widely participated by all sectors of society. The concept of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has become more rich and diverse as well. In current social background, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should clarify the property boundary, pattern type and value orientation in order to define its future development.
