Assumption of UAV Flight Management Based on Current Environment

  • With the development of the UAV industry, UAV flight irregularities become serious. The paper analyzes existing problems in the current development and management environment of UAV in China, including laws and regulations should be improved urgently; supervise mechanisms should be established; personnel management needs to be strengthened; urgent research on management and control technology needs to be carried out to find out the cause of UAV flight irregularities. With the reference of foreign UAV flight management experience, the paper proposes the assumption of UAV flight management system based on China's current air control environment which includes implementing hierarchical classification management, delimiting a special airspace for dredging consumption, carrying out linkage and joint management of military and civilian, increasing the penalties of illegal flight and so on.
