Research on Strategic Fulcrum in Construction of "The Belt and Road Initiative" in Fuzhou New District

If Fuzhou New District wants to stand out in the construction of numerous national new districts against the strategic background of Chinese vigorously promoted "The Belt and Road Initiative", its development goal of strategic fulcrum in the construction must be clear. The paper puts forward the development strategy of Fuzhou New District according to Potter's theory of competitive advantage and the sustainable development theory. It also constructs decision analysis model through the analysis method of AHP, makes synthesis and quantitative evaluation of several construction schemes, and then puts forward the rationalized proposals of Fuzhou New District docking "the Belt and Road Initiative", such as focusing on financing, developing strategic emerging industries, introducing talents and promoting regional integration.
