Impact of Personnel Training Performance Appraisal in Chinese Universities

  • The paper adopts correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to clarify factors on performance appraisal of college personnel training in China. Influencing factors such as school running concept, teaching staff quality, student quality, teaching contents, school environment, hardware facilities are analyzed. The results show that degree of knowledge acquisition is most related to the quality of students and the overall quality is most related to the idea of running a school. Self-learning ability is most relevant to the environment atmosphere and practice ability is most related to teaching content. This study reveals that universities, teachers and students are three main players affecting the personnel training performance of universities. The study shows the concept of running a school is a core factor that guides the performance of talent training in universities. The quality of teaching staff is the guarantee of personnel training performance. The teaching content, teaching method and hardware facilities are key to the training of personnel.
