Mobilization on Internet Public Opinion: Concept, Process and Governance

The research suggests that we should build a risk assessment mechanism of major of internet public opinion based on big data, optimize the linkage mechanism of mobilization on internet public opinion emergency response, and enhance the network literacy and empathy consciousness of government decision makers, so as to achieve the governance of mobilization on internet public opinion.
