Citizen Participation in Corruption Governance: An Implementation Based on Blockchain Technology

At present, the new generation of information technology, represented by artificial intelligence, quantum information, mobile communication, Internet of things and blockchain, is accelerating its breakthrough application in various fields, constructing the map of global innovation and reshaping the structure of the global economy. As the next generation of global credit authentication and value Internet basic protocol, blockchain has attracted more and more attention from the governments of various countries. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC central committee, pointed out that the ability to use and manage blockchain technology should be enhanced, so that it can play a bigger role in building a powerful cyber country, developing the digital economy and facilitating economic and social development. In governance of corruption, anti-corruption government departments can use blockchain technology, and build a system of corruption governance based on citizen participation, with the distributed billing, tamper-resistant, intelligent contracts and other technical advantages, to achieve public assets traceable and government information publicity, assist audit supervision and punishing mechanism, thus advancing the transparent government construction.
