Cultivation Mechanism of Talents in “Bottleneck” Technologies in the Practice of “Translation”

  • From the perspective of actor-network theory, the cultivation model of talents in “bottleneck” technologies in colleges and universities is essentially a “translation” practice with colleges and universities as the center and the subjects like national or local governments, industrial enterprises, trade associations, and other international and domestic cooperative institutions as the members. This kind of “translation” practice involves various human and “non-human” factors to overcome the dilemma in the cultivation of talents in “bottleneck” technologies in colleges and universities. Under the realistic requirements of collaborative cooperation, it is urgent to explore a practical and feasible model to optimize the cultivation of talents in “bottleneck” technologies in colleges and universities from the aspects of institutional empowerment, situation creation, and subject integration.
