Industrial Ecological Strategies of Low-Altitude Economy Based on Co-EvolutionTaking “Low-Altitude Aircraft+” as an Example

  • As a strategic emerging industry in China, low-altitude economy is a new engine for economic growth and technological breakthrough. The three key links to build the industrial ecology of low-altitude economy are the resource management of low-altitude airspace, the technological breakthroughs of low-altitude aircraft and the expansion of low-altitude application scenarios. However, the current practice shows that there is a disconnect among the three links. In response to the core issue of “achieving the co-evolution of airspace, technology and scenarios, and creating industrial ecology of low-altitude economy”, the paper defines the connotation and characteristics of low-altitude economy, creating out case analysis concerning the technological breakthroughs and industrial development of China’s large unmanned aerial vehicles, and sorts out the scenario-driven, technology-driven and airspace-driven mechanism, as well as their roles in laying the foundation for, promoting and leading the development of low-altitude economy. On this basis, the paper further refines the strategies to realize the co-evolution of industrial ecology of low-altitude economy, namely, airspace opening, scenario integration and dual technology, so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for promoting the development of low-altitude economy.
