Electromagnetic Space Sovereignty

Maintaining electromagnetic space sovereignty and security benefits the common interests of all states in the world. This article researches and puts forward the significant theoretical conception of electromagnetic space sovereignty, deliberates the existence as well as the concept and connotation of this conception from the perspectives of importance, objectivity and necessity, analyzes the international legal basis and content of it, discusses the relationship between electromagnetic space sovereignty and electromagnetic space security, puts forward suggestions to defend electromagnetic space sovereignty, so as to formulate and improve the national security strategy, regulations and policies for maintaining the electromagnetic space sovereignty and security.
