  • Existing international space law doesn-t directly provide the status of space tourists and the international responsibility in space tourism. According to the regulations on the interpretation of treaty and the conflicts of treaty in the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, space tourists may be the objects of space rescue system. International responsibility arising from space tourism includes international liability for damage by the organizer of space tourism to space tourists and international liability for damage by the organizer to other states and the international liability for damage to the space tourists. The legal system on international liability should be perfected and developed.
