  • Sourcing is an important part of operation strategies in SCM, and it influences production and sale. Nowadays, Chinese Manufacturers have joined in the GSM. This paper discusses the sourcing strategies of Chinese manufacturers in GSC. Different from the min cost studies, we design a multi sourcing strategies for the price, the cost, the suppliers and the sustainable, which we call the 4k principle. And we design the cause and effect diagram, by using systems dynamics to simulate. The result shows the new operation strategy can maintain the income of manufacturers.
