Townships Development Strategy under the Industrial Concentration in Xi- an

The global integration trend is becoming more and more obvious. The urban circle effect is the direction of townships development. The paper studies townships development under the industrial concentration in Xi-an,analyzes their mutual relations and roles. Strategic measures are proposed in the end. Factually, townships development has become important actions of developing regional economy, narrowing the urban-rural gap, and building the new socialist countryside.
