Institutional Construction of Intermediary Organizations in Civil Society

With the construction of the market economy and the stratification of the society in China, how to further the development of the intermediary organiz ations and perfect the intermediary organization system have become important th emes during the course of building a harmonious society in China. This article t ries to analyse the function of intermediary organizations in the modern economi c society, as well as the developing opportunities and challenges provided by a civil society. In order to perfect the intermediary organization system and adva nce the development of economy and society in China, institutional construction of intermediary organizations is studied systematically on the basis of the form er analysis.
