Punishing the Crimes Against Aviation Security and Legislative Improvement

With the development of aviation transportation, greater importance is attached to aviation security. Aerial hijacking, violence in aircraft and so on endanger aviation security. Now the international society has constituted a ser ies of international conventions to punish the illegal act of damaging aviation. Chinese criminal law has some relevant rules. Some legislative suggestions are advanced to improve criminal law of aviation.
