Study on Enterprise Multi-project Risk Management Models and Methods

Multi-project risk management is one of the core contents of enterpris e project management. According to the theory and processes of enterprise projec t management and risk management, the problems of single project risk management models are analyzed in this research. The authors consider the integrated model of enterprise multi-project risk management should include portfolio risk mana g ement, program risk management and project risk management. Based on the model, the authors suggest that Project Portfolio Risk Management Department be establi shed so that the Multi-Project Risk Management Integration Information System c ould be effectively used in enterprises.
