Hi-tech Industry Life Cycle and Its Non-technical Factors Influence

  • On the basis of their predecessors, the authors of this paper put forward a high -tech industry life cycle model, and maintain that the first cycle of the high -tech industry development consists of six consecutive phases, namely, industry infancy, industry expansion stage, industry clustering, industry-led phase, in dustry breakthrough and industry transfer. However, the life cycle of high-tech industry also has obvious "bad but not fatal" characteristics, that is to say, there is a period of stagnation in the industry. This extended period of stagnat ion and the incubation period is the turn of the cycle, which has a profound mec hanism of non-technical factors. The paper gives an in-depth analysis of these non-technical factors and mechanism.
