Abstract
This study is a meta-analysis of the impact of cultures (Eastern culture or Wes tern culture which samples come from) on the relationship between TF and job sat isfaction. Using hierarchical liner model to explain whether the culture variabl e contributes to the difference of the studies and the extent on which it devote s to this difference. There are 35 effect sizes in the analysis. The culture var iable is positive in the Eastern culture.
