Research on Outsourcing Management of CNC's IT Projects

The paper is based on IT project development of CNC. It studies the IT outsourcing management in CNC. Based on the analysis of the problems of the IT outsourcing management in CNC, it applies the theory of project management and p roposes an improved approach for the IT outsourcing management in CNC. The propo sed approach is applied to the CNC Fee Management System and the results are ana lyzed. According to the results, the proposed approach is applicable and effecti ve to the CNC Fee Management System. The results could provide a reference to th e enterprise as well as other Chinese telecommunication operating enterprises to improve their IT outsourcing management and to increase the success ratio of th eir IT projects.
