The Legal System of General Aviation and Its Improvement

The legal system of general aviation should be improved in order to promote the development of general aviation. The concept of general aviation should be redef ined in accordance with the international laws to perfect the legal system. In a ddition, we should modify relevant provisions and regulate general aviation acti vities significantly concerned with the social life so as to provide a fine lega l environment for the development of general aviation.
