On the Improvement of the Space Insurance Legal System in China

The space insurance legislation is very important for the healthy deve lopment of the space launch industry. The space insurance legal system consists of the international law and the domestic law, and it includes the space insuran ce category, the contract law and the regulation law. There are many faults in t he current space insurance legislation in China, including the absence of the ba sic space insurance law, the obscure identification on the space insurance, and the absence of other relevant supporting regulations, therefore, this area needs speedy improvement.
