The Design of Evaluation Index System and Model for University Culture Construction

Based on further discussion of connotation of university culture, this paper con structs the three-level index system for evaluating university culture. It also proposes the method and model for self and mutual evaluation. In conclusion, th is thesis offers the operational theory and method to assess the effect of unive rsity culture construction.
