An Analysis of the Problem of China-s Rural Old-age Supporting System and Countermeasures

The rural old-age security is an important content of the rural social security. Today, the phenomena such as the aging population, family structure, the floating population and the change of endowment ideas are becoming increasingly prominent. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes the following countermeasures: to use the personal old-age security mechanism, improve the land transfer system and continue to promote the family pension; in addition, it proposes the government-s duties on building the old-age insurance system.
