Review of the Study on Aviation Criminal Law in China: A Summary of Chinese Science of Air Law Studying in Thirty Years (Ⅱ)

The study of aviation criminal law is one of the fields in Chinese science of ai r law studying, which, having started quite early, has the characteristic of acc umulating increasingly more research fruit year on year. Besides, there is more research on international aviation crimes than research on domestic aviation cri mes. It has vigorously followed important air incidents and events and practical problems at home and abroad. It has also mingled different branches of the avia tion law science. But there is some weakness in research method and research vie w, and especially, there is not enough research on domestic air criminal law, wh ich has already affected the perfection of air criminal legislation.
