Cross-strait relations have experienced ups and downs. On both sides, the legal system has developed along two different tracks. They belong to the same civil law system, but their law systems are two different types. Based on this shortcoming, the author will introduce the international jurisdiction of civil aviation crimes and the jurisdiction of mainland and Taiwan civil aviation crimes. Through elaborating the comparison of the jurisdiction of cross-strait civil aviation crimes, the author proposes solutions of jurisdictional issues.
