Collaboration Control of Technology Reformation Projectsin Largescale Aviation Enterprises

Technology reformation (TR) and related project management is one of the importa nt tasks of largescale aviation manufacturing enterprises. Based on the proced ure of TR project management, a system dynamics model for TR project management is built. By simulation, decisions could be tested and optimized. Finally, a wo rkflow based prototype of platform in project management for collaboration contr ol is proposed.
