On Process Peacefulness ——With Civil Procedure as the Object of Investigation

Process value theory undergoes a transition from procedure instrume ntalism theory to procedure departmentalism theory. While an increasing number of scholars focus their attention on the internal value of procedure, few of th em have ever made a systemic study of the specific value. Process value, the bas ic value of the procedure has theories of sociology,, jurisprudence and economic s as its theoretical basis, including the peacefulness of procedure standardizat ion and procedure operation.
